Azind – Traditional Klezmer Duo

Azind is a multiinstrumental duo with my dear friend and collegue Nicolaas Cottenie. We perform traditional klezmer pieces and music from Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey.

If everything goes according to plan we record our first album in december 2022.

Azind – Traditional Klezmer Duo in action

Alina was the first person that looked at my violin playing as a whole and that could immediately tell where the problems were. By going back to the basics and solving some problems there, she has helped me to improve my sound and physical awareness enormously.
